How long can I get my customized gift item?The time it takes to receive your customized gift item depends on the complexity of the design and the volume of orders we are processing. For smaller orders, it typically takes about 2-3 business days to complete. Larger or more complex orders may take 14-30 business days. Once your item is ready, we will notify you and provide an estimated delivery time based on your selected shipping method. If you need a more precise delivery estimate, feel free to contact us.

How long is the delivery time after the order are ready?Shipping Information Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time. After received the gift item can I return or exchange the gift item?Returns: Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards, cannot be returned. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via email / WhatsApp. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds: Refunds Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
